Gleddoch is a hotel and estate in Scotland, home to the newly launched Imperia Spa and approaching a landmark centenary year. We partnered with Gleddoch across every digital channel - driving visibility, engagement, and direct bookings during the most transformative period in the property's history.
The objective
Gleddoch needed a cohesive digital strategy to match two major milestones: the launch of its multi-million pound Imperia Spa and its upcoming centenary celebrations.
Activity across paid media, social, and search lacked integration, limiting the ability to scale. There was a clear need to build awareness and demand for the new spa, maintain performance across core hotel revenue - and make the most of a once-in-a-century brand moment.

How we did it
A fully integrated, multi-channel strategy - combining performance marketing with brand-led campaigns. We built a full-funnel launch campaign for Imperia Spa across paid social and search, driving awareness pre-launch and bookings from day one.
Meta and Google campaigns were restructured to improve targeting and reduce costs. GEO/AIO optimisation ensured visibility across AI-driven search alongside traditional SEO. Organic social, email, and website improvements tied it all together - turning increased demand into direct revenue.
