A bit more about the role
We are seeking a Digital Account Manager with a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for digital strategy. As a vital link between our clients and our agency, you will manage our top-tier hotel accounts, ensuring their digital marketing needs are impeccably met and expectations exceeded through innovative campaigns.
Where you’ll be based
Edinburgh, but you’ll have the ability to work between our office and home.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Understand the individual needs and expectations of each client, providing strategic guidance and personalised service.
Coordinate with our creative and digital teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns that align with the client's brand values and objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and pivot strategies as needed for optimal results.
Stay abreast of digital trends in the hospitality industry, applying insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Day-to-day contact via emails and calls with regular meetings
Prepare and present reports monthly with detailed analysis
Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and be able to present this to clients
Attend sales pitches when required
Working with clients to translate business goals into marketing objectives
Keeping up to date with the latest industry news and attending conferences and events when required
Requirements
University degree or college qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Proven track record of managing digital accounts and campaigns with measurable success.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Looker Studio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the hospitality industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and navigate cross-functional dynamics.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of digital marketing and how key channels work together (PPC, SEO, social media, content, etc.)
Experience of working in an agency environment preferred
Full UK driver's license essential

Salary between £26k and £35k depending on experience.
