Job Description: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Analyst who is eager to dive into the world of hospitality marketing. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with preliminary experience in data analysis who are keen to grow their expertise in a dynamic and creative environment. You will work closely with our digital marketing teams to analyse data trends, measure campaign performance, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Social media posting will also be a key part of the role managing key channels and learning about the social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Collect, organise, and analyse data from various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website analytics.

    • Generate regular reports to track performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI across campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

    • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to visualise data, providing clear insights for clients and internal teams to support decision-making.

  • Campaign Optimisation:

    • Monitor digital campaigns, including SEO and PPC efforts, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to support SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

    • Analyse PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, making data-driven recommendations to optimise ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

    • Implement A/B testing initiatives, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting options, to enhance campaign performance.

    • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure data insights are integrated into campaign planning and execution.

  • SEO & PPC Tasks:

    • Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits, providing recommendations for technical improvements, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.

    • Assist in managing PPC accounts, including keyword management, ad group structuring, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns are running efficiently.

    • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and PPC best practices to maintain the competitiveness of client campaigns.

    • Support the implementation of tracking mechanisms, including UTM parameters, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking, to ensure accurate data collection for SEO and PPC campaigns.

    • Provide support in the development and execution of local SEO strategies to boost search visibility for clients with a local presence.

  • Tool & Platform Management:

    • Gain proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.

    • Assist in setting up and managing SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, and PPC platforms, ensuring proper integration and accurate data flow.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, including advancements in SEO, PPC, and data analytics.

    • Support the implementation of tracking mechanisms, including UTM parameters, event tracking, and conversion tracking, to ensure accurate data collection for digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to solve problems.

  • Experience of social media posting would be beneficial

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in an understandable format.

  • Eagerness to learn and a team-oriented mindset.
