The challenge

  • Paid search
  • Paid social
  • SEO
  • Email
  • Website

RBH Hospitality Management required a more cohesive and performance-driven digital strategy across multiple properties, each with distinct audiences and positioning.

Activity was fragmented across channels, with limited alignment between paid media, organic visibility, and onsite performance. This led to inefficiencies in spend, inconsistent brand messaging, and missed opportunities to drive direct bookings and revenue.

How we did it

The engagement began with a full audit of existing activity across paid media, SEO, and website performance. From this, we developed a prioritised roadmap focused on quick wins alongside longer-term strategic improvements.

Initial work centred on rebuilding paid social campaigns, where we introduced refined audience targeting and significantly improved cost efficiency. This was followed by Google Ads optimisation, aligning keyword strategy with high-intent searches and improving budget allocation.

In parallel, we enhanced organic visibility through targeted SEO improvements, ensuring each property could better capture demand across branded and non-branded search. As performance improved, the focus shifted to scaling activity, testing new audiences, and refining creative based on performance data.

“Working with Huckleberry across three hotels and our three F&B outlets was invaluable from a marketing leadership perspective. Managing six distinct brands simultaneously requires a digital agency that is not only highly organised and proactive, but also commercially aware and strategically aligned, and Huckleberry consistently delivered on all fronts. From paid advertising and social media to website management and email marketing, their team always worked ahead of schedule and maintained exceptional attention to detail across every channel. What stood out most was their ability to fully immerse themselves in each brand, understanding the individual tone, audience and positioning required for success and to meet targets. They were collaborative, transparent and consistently brought fresh ideas, while also taking the time to explain platform updates, algorithm changes and evolving digital trends in a clear and practical way.

Beyond performance, the team at Huckleberry are genuinely great people to work with. They’re passionate about what they do, highly supportive and brought real energy into every project. When choosing an agency, it’s not just about results, it’s about finding a team that fits seamlessly alongside your own, and Huckleberry truly enhanced our internal marketing function rather than simply acting as an external supplier.”
